Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing OJO, a product of Life Designer Pvt Ltd ("OJO", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any purchase on our platform at payments.ojo.io.

1. No Refunds

All payments made for OJO subscriptions, add-ons, AI credit packs, or any other purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been successfully processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to use the platform or its features during the subscription period
  • Downgrading to a lower-tier plan or the free plan
  • Dissatisfaction with features or functionality
  • Duplicate purchases made in error

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial or prorated refunds will be provided for the remaining days in your billing cycle.
  • Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan at the end of the billing period.
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after downgrade, after which it may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Free Trials

OJO offers a 7-day free trial on paid plans. We strongly recommend evaluating the platform during the trial period before committing to a paid subscription. No payment is required during the trial, and you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

4. AI Credit Packs

Additional AI credit packs purchased outside of your subscription plan are non-refundable. Unused credits do not carry over between billing periods unless specified in your plan terms.

5. Pricing Changes

If we change our pricing, your existing subscription will remain at the current rate until the end of your billing cycle. Refunds will not be issued due to subsequent price reductions or promotional offers.
